Hotel Service Bell is designed to work from a very small hotel few rooms or cottage scenario to company that manages multiple hotel properties.  Included with Hotel Service Bell is the ability to add and manage multiple hotels with special administrative tools to prevent high level administrative access to all of their systems.

Our Instance Manager allows hospitality groups to easily add, manage and access multiple hotel property Hotel Service Bell systems from a higher level set of menus.

Some Hotel may find that they wish to have separate and unique Requests and issue systems for departments that are not tied to the guest system.  Some Hotel IT departments may want their entire system, work flows and tracking independent and Hotel Service Bell allows for easy totally separate instances.
